Ellers Farm Distillery: Pride as North Yorkshire firm secures B Corp status
The B Corp verification process is administered by the nonprofit B Lab, with Ellers Farm Distillery undergoing a rigorous review of the impact of its operations and business model on its workers, customers, communities and environment.
The firm has a profit share model by which 20 per cent of the company’s profits will be distributed to employees, while it has supported the planting of over 5,000 trees around the world as well as on 2.5 acres of land on fields adjacent to the distillery.
