“We are already speaking to a number of prospective buyers.”

Victoria Mill was originally owned by the Ripponden and District Spinning Company, which dates back to the 1860s.

The mill changed hands a number of times, before It was finally sold to John Laithwaite Associates in 1982, who demolished much of the building.

The new project marks the third development by Redwaters in the village. The three four-bedroom detached properties available are spread over three-floors, with views across the River Ryburn.
