High Bonwick Farm, near Driffield, is a 420-acre fully equipped arable farm let on a secure agricultural tenancy. The tenancy was granted in 1983 and the farm is now for sale with a guide price of £2.1m.
At the core of the farm is the farmstead, which includes a period five-bedroom farmhouse, a cottage and an extensive range of traditional brick built farm buildings.

It is classified as Grade 2 with soils described as a fine loam suitable for growing cereal and grass crops and currently supports a typical cereal rotation including Winter Wheat, Winter Barley, Vining Peas and Oilseed Rape. The land also includes one small mature woodland coppice and shelterbelt surrounding the farmstead.
The tenant has erected a 11kw wind turbine used to provide onsite power with surplus exported to the national grid.
