Boy held in West Yorkshire over murder of London teenager
Jeremie Malenge, 17, was stabbed to death in Hackney, east London, on the evening of January 6.
A 17-year-old girl from Hackney has appeared in court accused of plotting with a group of youths to lure Jeremie to his death.

Hide AdThe girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before the Old Bailey charged with his murder.
Scotland Yard said two other teenage boys - a 14 year old from Hackney and a 17 year old from Redbridge, north-east London - have also been charged with murder. They will appear in custody at Stratford Youth Court today.
The 17-year-old boy arrested in West Yorkshire remains in police custody.
It is understood that Jeremie was questioned on the night he was killed by officers because he matched the description of youths reported to be armed with knives in the area.

Hide AdHe was not arrested but was attacked and killed less than an hour later in Ponsford Street, where emergency services pronounced him dead.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is investigating the Metropolitan Police’s prior contact with the victim.
