Man dead after attack outside Leeds nightclub
A MAN has died after being attacked outside a city centre nightclub in Leeds.
Officers were called at 7.40pm last night to reports of a serious assault outside a club in Lower Briggate in Leeds.
A 43-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from head injuries but has since died, West Yorkshire Police said today.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in custody.
A police spokesman said: “Inquiries remain ongoing.”
