Disabled Yorkshire CCC member quits club after six-hour phone wait: Yorkshire Post Letters
I would like to reiterate the sentiments expressed regarding the ineptitude of the telephone service offered by Yorkshire County Cricket Club (The Yorkshire Post, February 27).
I have been a full retired member for 15 years and a supporter during Covid, but because I can only attend Headingley using a disability scooter it was essential to speak on the phone to renew membership.

I wonder how many other members have lapsed theirs also at a time when the club is in desperate need of their subscriptions.
