Welcome to Yorkshire must come clean on liabilities – Yorkshire Post Letters
WHEN will the board of Welcome to Yorkshire publish the liability sum of money that they need each month to keep them operating?

Why isn’t the Government’s Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport assisting in funding instead of more council tax payers, who are struggling to pay their bills each month?
From: Andrew Mercer, Guiseley.
THERE was a debate on tourism in the House of Commons last Thursday. Yet it was so over-subscribed that speeches by many MPs were limited to just a couple of minutes – and some weren’t even called.
What does that say about how Government – and Parliament – regard such an important sector of the economy which is integral to so many jobs? No wonder Welcome to Yorkshire was not scrutinised in the past.
