It is alleged Bellusci used abusive and/or insulting words towards Cameron Jerome, contrary to Rule E3(1).
It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “aggravated breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race.

Hide AdJerome reacted angrily to comments from the Italian during the game at Carrow Road and the FA subsequently decided to conduct an investigation into the claims of Jerome and have now reached their verdict.
Shortly after the decision by the FA to investigate, Leeds owner Massimo Cellino gave his full backing to Bellusci and claimed the defender was no racist.
He said: “Bellusci is no racist. I spoke with him and he said ‘you must be joking, I said nothing like this to him (Jerome)’. He is surprised by this. He is shocked.
“I don’t allow racists at this club and I won’t allow racists at this club ever. If one of my players is a racist I’ll kick him out before the FA has a chance.”
