HERE are the Rotherham United player ratings from this evening's Championship home game with Brentford at the AESSEAL New York Stadium

Blackman: Protected well enough in the first half and was maybe expecting to be busier. Standard. Denied Forss, but had little chance with his crisp low finish to open the scoring. 6

Harding: Worked his socks off and kept his discipline well before being given a bit more to think about on the resumption. 6

Wood:, Organised his backline well on his return to the side. One vital block to prevent a goal for Toney, but moments later, the Bees scored. 6

A MacDonald: Read play impressively and was composed and calm. 7

Olosunde: Had to keep an eye on the runs on Henry, which were dangerous and surged forward when the chance arose. Emptied the tank along with several others. 7

Lindsay: Superb at the weekend and went close to a breakthrough for the Millers with his deflected shot flying just off target. Another terrier-like performance. 7

Wiles: Handed a creative brief and licence in midfield with Barlaser on the bench. Some nice moments of craft, although not everything came off. 6

Crooks: Booked after taking one for the team and bringing down Forss in full-flight. Went as close to anyone to a first-half opener. 6

Mattock: Stuck to his guns and kept Mbeumo quiet and offered threat with his set-pieces. On the back foot in second half. 6

Ladapo: Intense work-rate and his confidence has clearly been bolstered by his goal run. But could not find a way through. 6
