LASSE Sorensen has become Huddersfield Town’s first signing of the summer window and Michael Duff era after penning a three-year deal.

The 24-year-old has joined from League One rivals Lincoln City for an undisclosed fee.

The 31-year-old - who only joined Hull last August from Cardiff - had been expected to move on at an early juncture following recent comments from Tigers owner Acun Ilicali.

In a post-season Q&A with fans, Ilicali revealed that he disagreed over ex-head coach Liam Rosenior's use of certain players, with Rosenior not taking up his suggestion that Allsop should be rested in favour of Ivor Pandur, a 1.5m signing in January.
