Sheffield United 2024-25 fixtures: Steel City dates set for November and March as Blades open with Roses trip

SHEFFIELD United will start the 2024-25 season with a trip to Deepdale to face Preston North End on their return to the Championship on Friday, August 9 – the curtain-raiser to the new EFL campaign.

The first Steel City derby against Sheffield Wednesday has been pencilled in for Bramall Lane on Saturday, November 9.

The return takes place at Hillsborough on Saturday, March 15.

United visit Leeds United on October 19 and host their Yorkshire rivals on February 22.
